Job Description
Program Manager / Senior Program Manager for ITIS Accounts: 6 openings
Responsible for managing complex and large program/projects/portfolio for TCS IT Infrastructure Operating Unit
Areas of responsibilities
Activities
Program Planning
Develop overall program roadmap to guide planning at the program component level
Reviews and approves detailed component level plan
Ensures that the program and component level plans are always kept up to date
Define Quality gates or stage gates with acceptance criteria for all Program/Project phases/key deliverables
Program Execution
Ensure program stays aligned to the strategic goals and delivers the planned/stated benefits
Close monitoring of critical milestones and deliverables
Overall responsible for cost, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction
Facilitate gathering of project/program requirement
Develop program organization structure that ensures alignment of all program components towards collaborative execution and clearly defines roles and responsibilities of the program team
Identify and mentor a qualified person in the team that can act as a backup program manager
Sourcing, Staffing and Infrastructure
Responsible for staffing the program with skilled resources using either TCS internal resource pool or hiring from the market
Resolves infrastructure issues when downsizing and ramping up are underway
Stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with various groups within TCS and client organization
Engage all necessary parties to successfully complete the program/project (e.g. Sales, Architecture, Application, HR, Procurement, Legal, Change management CoE, Transition CoE etc.)
Risk & Issue Management
Identification, analysis of all program risks and preparation for risk response plan
Proactive communication of risks to concerned stakeholders
Identify and ensure resolution of allprogram level issues
Communication
Manage all communications between internal stakeholders, client and third parties
Ensure preparation for various status and progress reports with metrics for consumption of various stakeholders
Identify and document KPIs for the overall program and also for each program components
Leadership
Provides overall direction and vision to the program team
Align all the program components and groups to ensure program success
Identify and manage all kinds of conflicts
Create a high performance team environment where diversity is valued and people are treated with respect and dignity
Coach and mentor project managers
Performance management of the program team (goal setting, appraisal etc.)
Leveraging Organizational Assets
Consistently utilize TCS standard program management assets, framework, tools and processes
Ensure compliance to all quality and security processes
Governance
Setup the overall program governance in collaboration with the program sponsor and the client
Act as a SPOC for the client for any program related issues
Ensure program reviews are done in time and all escalated issues/risks are addressed
Business Development
Provides direct support by generating and passing on leads to the client partner and also creates scope for cross-selling solutions
Provides indirect support by creating marketing case studies or technical support and provides it to the sales team
Vendor and Contract Management
Participate in selection of new vendors
Complete end to end ownership of the 3rd party contracts related to the program
Active engagement of all the vendors based on the need
Maintain contract with the client and lead negotiations of contract amendments and/or contract addendums
Personal Development
Monitors gaps in one's own required competencies and enrols for relevant learning programs to bridge gaps in competencies
Creates a development plan vis- -vis ones inspirational role in discussion with the manager
Acquire industry standard certifications in Program/Project management


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
