This position ensures all the data associated with product and pricing for the internal website and dot com customers is complete, accurate and up-to-date. Liaison to ensure all information is communicated on a timely basis.
Manage online product content for Aerosoles & A2 brands, including product descriptions, upc's, pictures, product metadata, site element arrangement, categorization and pricing. Build and maintain databases of product attribute data and customer profiles to match search queries with related product sets.
Work with PD and marketing to coordinate getting samples Photographed. Ensure the samples are processed, shot, and sent to the Venders in an efficient and timely manner.
Manage the style build process by account, by month, making sure style set up information as well as images are sent to the accounts in a timely manner so that styles are ready to go live as soon as they arrive in the warehouse for optimal sales. Including building styles directly on some accounts websites.
Respond, research inquires/issues from external customers relating to inventory and style set up inquiries.
Pull Reporting for Sales, Production order tracking and sales Analysis.
Ideal candidate will have:
Associates degree in business or retail related field preferred
Prior business to business customer experience a plus.

Success factors include:
Advanced level Excel proficiency with pivot table experience
Detail-oriented, meticulous work ethic
Excellent verbal communications and follow-through
