Summary:
Caveo Learning is hiring multiple Instructional Designers who will be responsible for the design and development of training courses and performance solutions to drive critical business outcomes. The Instructional Designer will interact with client team members and Caveo Learning partners as well as subject matter experts to ensure that course material achieves the desired learning outcomes. In addition, the Instructional Designer will:
o Assess client needs to determine appropriate performance solutions.
o Create, manage and report on comprehensive design plans and processes for the development of all learning content.
o Create instructional strategies and training materials based on client need.
o Provide guidance and specialized knowledge to other members of the team.
o Work with internal and external business partners to coordinate and schedule the development of curriculum.
o Use strong project management processes to ensure excellence and timely completion of development projects.
o Work closely with stakeholders to assess the integrity of instructional materials and support the ongoing assessment of instructional effectiveness for all existing and future training programs.
o Cultivate, develop and manage strong, lasting client relationships at a senior management level.
o Make recommendations to management on delivery methods, options and critical learning and development process needs.
o Assist in setting learning strategies for company-wide initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience
o 6 - 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of work and education.
o Thorough understanding of adult learning principles.
o Distinctive ability to work with subject matter experts to gain knowledge of content and transform knowledge into effective learning solutions.
o Demonstrated skill of succinct communication with executives and senior leaders.
o Experience with performing various forms of business analysis.
o Strong cross-functional influencing and engagement skills.
o Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
