Job Description:
The successful candidate will manage all plant safety and human resources functions in conjunction with corporate policies/guidelines and applicable state and federal laws. The Safety and HR Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager, while working closely with the Plant Superintendent, or/and the Plant Controller. This position will also be involved in training facility managers and hourly employees on new procedures, testing, and paperwork, while following Lean Manufacturing processes.
