Responsibilities - Service Advisor:



  • As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department, scheduling appointments, reviewing service history, relaying important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers, and providing accurate cost estimates
  • Ensure our customers have a world-class service experience at every step along their ownership journey, especially in the scheduling and estimating of vehicle service and repairs
  • Provide an unparalleled level of knowledge and technical expertise to help customers understand and approve their maintenance requirements, repair orders, and cost estimates
  • Speak with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, and courtesy
  • Greet and work with customer and technician to identify required services using the vehicle's service history
  • Write repair orders and advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; advise of any current special promotions available
  • Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
  • Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with the service manager
  • Meet the dealership's standards for repair order production


Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:



  • 2
    years of Service Advisor experience required
  • Luxury high-line experience required Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Lincoln, Lexus, Genesis, Cadillac, Jaguar, Infiniti etc.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • A great attitude, people skills, and work ethic required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid in-state driver's license
  • Professional personal appearance
