The site supports over 20 customers whose needs largely include storage, inventory management and direct to consumer pick, pack, and ship operations.
ColdTrack has a broad ranging customer base that spans from high end dog food to specialty meat/fish products to delivery of meals to medical patients post hospital discharge.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient inventory management practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, proven track record of success in inventory management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities Oversee all processes and procedures for Inbound Operations including Receiving, Inventory Control, Replenishment and LTL outbound.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure we are exceeding their expectations and driving long term value for them Lead coordination and integration of cross-functional strategic growth initiatives that may include customer support, warehouse operations, sales, marketing, and tech teams Manage and maintain the accuracy and completeness of inventory records, including reconciling inventory balances to physical counts, analyzing inventory trends, and identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements in inventory control operations, and implement solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity Direct day to day site operations and promote and culture of excellence to ensure KPIs around safety, quality, productivity and service are achieved Work closely with team members to identify, measure, and analyze KPIs and key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks Develop processes to incorporate inventory consolidation and replenishment functions to optimize locations and increase warehouse capacity Improve operational processes, policies, and performances by identifying opportunities to implement Lean Continuous Improvement strategies Train and develop Team Leads and associates through coaching, mentoring, and effective communication to develop a strong culture of employee engagement Collaborate with HR and Finance organizations around demand and labor forecasting to ensure growth and productivity goals are achieved Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred 5
years of experience of managing warehouse/fulfillment workforce Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
Proficiency with WMS and/or ERP systems is preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics Strong ethical leadership abilities Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Diligence and organization in managing information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Continuous Improvement experience preferred Ability to work in cold temperature Job Type:
