Due to the growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for environmental technicians to join our team! Duties/
Responsibilities:
Daily work will involve confined space entry such as manholes, tank cleaning, oil spill cleanup, drum handling, decontamination, sweeping and shoveling, high pressure washing, etc.
Perform work under the direct guidance of a supervisor involving the cleanup of hazardous waste and material.
Assist in the loading/unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials at designated sites utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Load and unload various size containers (totes, drums, tankers, trailers.
etc.
)Ability to work a rotating shift, long hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Performs other job- related duties as assigned.
ExperiencePrior work experience of at least 1 year in the hazardous waste or chemical industry.
Able to use hand tools and power toolsMechanically inclinedAble to lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements40-hour HAZWOPER certificate is a plusMust have a valid driver license and good driving history.
Must have reliable transportationMust be able to travel out of state when needed.
Must have TWIC card Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not requiredPay rate:
$18/hr.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
