This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a real estate management company overseeing 3000
units.
You'll work directly with the Director of Property Management in a flexible and hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
Print monthly reports.
Schedule vendors and review invoices for accuracy Manage HR ads and screen resumes.
Coordinate with utility companies to disconnect services for outgoing residents.
Draft and distribute tenant letters as necessary.
Arrange access for building inspections by contacting tenants.
Assist in procurement of maintenance and turnover supplies.
Support special projects coordination.
Other duties as directed and taught by the Director of Property Management Qualifications Must have car.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and oral communication skills Will train! Great for someone looking to get into Real Estate business.
