Job Description:
Busy music school with a good reputation in Edison/Metuchen/Central NJ area is looking for an office assistant/receptionist who can start working as soon as possible.
Please note that this job is part-time and weekly total hours would be 10 - 15 hours to start with.
Typical weekday shifts are 3p-ish to 8:
30p-ish, and weekend shifts are Sat 8:
45p - 1:
15p, 1p -5:
30p and Sun 8:
45p - 2p.
Responsibilities:
1, Schedule/manage lessons for students through Google system 2, Monitor the classrooms when classes are occurring, help people check-in and check-out 3, Greet walk-in clients, answer phones and write emails/texts, explain programs; marketing and soft-selling skills helpful 4, Open/close the store and do daily/weekly light duty clean up Requirement:
1, Be organized, punctual, detail-oriented and reliable 2, Have fundamental skills with computers, Windows OS and Google products 3, Be able to multitask when things are happening simultaneously 4, Have a friendly, positive, energetic personality 5, It's a music school; you don't have to be able to play music, but you should not be bothered by music 6, Must have credentials to legally work in the U.
