Responsibilities Validate & confirm all contract orders Order all materials and parts required to complete services Work with the Office Manager & the Production Manager on a daily basis Constant communication with our customers via phone, text and emails Schedule service appointments between the customer's schedule and service tech schedules Assist with install scheduling & prepping documents for the installers Assist with appointments in our CRM program Data entry & record maintenance in our CRM program Job Type:
