Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Make sure inventory is distributed to the right areas Review and consolidate vendor lists Research products for competitive pricing for COGS.
Able to negotiate with vendors for prices Create POs and adding orders to Quickbooks Budgeting for large orders Use sales data to justify purchases Designate department storage spaces Utilize and optimize inventory management systems and software.
Stay abreast of industry-specific technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements.
Establish rapport with Vendors on a weekly basis Collaborate with different departments to align inventory strategies with overall business goals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inventory-related issues and opportunities.
