Job Description:
Analyze production process, results, and downtime Support production operations to be efficient Review of daily/monthly operation rate and efficiency rate status Implement and follow up on corrective actions for the production process Participate in productivity improvement activities.
Continually implement improvement plans.
Ensure all paperwork is printed for shipments to go out correctly.
Book shipments with freight carriers Log and track customer pick-up shipments Communication and confirmation of orders with customers Follow up on order status and be proactive to ensure orders get assembled on time.
QUALIFICATION Excellent computer skills Strong communication skills Organization skills Time management Availability to work without supervision.
EDUCATION Associate's degree or higher education in Business Management, Supply Chain or related field.
