Responsibilities:
-Marriott System Knowledge preferred - Oversee the daily operations of the front office department - Manage and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences - Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions - Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations - Monitor and manage hotel inventory and room availability - Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest relations - Knowledge of hotel systems, including reservation software and phone systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
