Founder/CEO JOB PURPOSE The Regional Director supervises and oversee all staff and manage all aspects of the business of all locations in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware, pays close attention to the daily sales of all the stores he/she looks after.
The Regional Director must ensure the right assignment of duties to all managers working in the stores, make sure that the Managers and staff are operating in accordance with company standards and that customers are satisfied with our products and services, and report important information to his/her direct supervisor on a timely base.
Meanwhile, the Regional Director shall pay attention to the development and feelings of staffs in all locations, and provide them with work-related advices, help, and training accordingly.
The purpose of the Regional Director is to have the stores operate smoothly and improve sales.

Business Plan - regional level sales goals and action plans - for timely and consistent execution for store teams directly tied into measurable results Fully responsible for the overall business performance of the assigned region and for each store within the region Drive region sales and profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organizational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all field operations standards and strategies, consistently across all stores Ensure that trends of underperformance are formally addressed, with clear and documented performance improvement plans People Development, Retention of Top Talents and Team Building Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Effectively manage, lead, and set expectations of direct superior to assure quality and productivity are in line with expectations to achieve plan.
Assure that each member of the management understands the requirements of the Strategic Plan and their role and responsibilities within the plan.
f Provide strong team leadership and a collaborative approach to working with the senior leadership team.
Document, review, and measure individual employee performance through the formal employee review process.
Challenge and inspire the team to achieve business results Ensure the overall People Plan of the region reflects high standards, benchmark and succession planning, coupled with consistent mentoring and people development Fully responsible for the staffing plan, regional-wide execution and related training needs of the existing stores and new stores within the region Understand and execute the full hiring process per the company's policies, which includes, but not limited to, Pre-screening, Interviews, On-job evaluations (OJE), Reference Checks, Hiring Decisions and Orientations always implement and enforce company policies and regulations Regional and Operation maintains frequent and uninterrupted communication with your direct superior, ensure that daily operational guidelines of all locations are followed.
Measures and provides counsel on improving operational performances.
Supervise regular management performance of all locations and evaluate them routinely for growth and improvement.
Train, supervise and discipline co-workers of multi-locations on procedures and provide ongoing feedback for improvement.
Help develop policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of goals, including but not limited to excellence of customer services, facility cleanliness, and maintenance of daily practices.
Ensures that operational and training standards of multi-locations are consistently enforced and executed by co-workers.
Direct sales and marketing for all regional stores, while providing assistance in the design, development and application of aggressive marketing and sales strategies.
Maximize sales, transactions and profits of the assigned stores Monitor and control food and labour costs Establish goals for the assigned stores and encourage your staff to work towards the goals Ensure that all staff follow company operating standards, and take actions to correct any non-compliance Maintain and promote Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards Ensure that all assigned stores are in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Communicate and report to your direct superior on a regular and frequent basis Participate in weekly Management Meetings.
It is your responsibility to attend every meeting, and your participation will be included in your performance rating.
If you miss two consecutive meetings without notice or approval by your direct superior, some disciplinary action will be taken, up to demotion.
Provide feedback and advices on scheduling to the Scheduling Officer and your direct superior; Ensure stores are properly staffed and all new staff are properly trained Coach and follow up with Crew Trainers on the training progress of every new trainees Train Crew Trainers on ordering all store items Coach Crew Trainers on Shift Management Actively and efficiently work on all assigned stores' Crew Development Program (CDP) Prep and perform accurate yearly staff performance/wage reviews on time React quickly to store emergencies and notify the right people to arrange crisis management when needed Take responsibilities and initiatives on all assigned stores' repair and maintenance Inventory management through monitoring inventory levels on a daily basis and finalizing purchase orders Ensure all ingredients are inspected for quality when receiving at each delivery time Accomplish all monthly inventory count at each month end, with your team, for all assigned stores Feedback on the ingredients' quality and quantity issues if any, to Warehouse/ Merchandising/ Purchase/ Finance Dept.
on a timely base Review and act upon customers' requests, complaints and inquiries; Be proactive to find a solution Execute and maintain all current and on-going Marketing promotions, materials and tools Perform other duties per your direct superior's request or guidance daily Operations, Regional and supervisor update, New Project Development Oversee the project management of new store development, including site selection, lease negotiation, construction, equipment procurement, and grand opening.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams involved in new store development projects.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely store openings.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management regarding new store development progress.
Collaborate with the finance department to analyze the financial feasibility of new store projects and ensure cost-effective implementation.
Implement standardized processes and procedures for new store development projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the region.
Financial Management Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
Establish goals for the assigned stores and encourage your staff to work towards the goals.
Ensure that all staff follow company operating standards, and take actions to correct any non-compliance.
Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability, for each store within the region.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the region, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Evaluate and approve regional expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial guidelines.
Review and analyze store-level financial statements, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Work closely with store managers to optimize sales, manage costs, and improve overall financial performance.
WORKING CONDITIONS This is a full-time position.
As we are in the industry of food retail and service, shift time and length will be assigned to best serve our customers.
Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts can be expected.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs.
) is sometimes required.
