In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a state-of-the-art home infusion pharmacy, not sure there it too much more to say.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Hire, coach, mentor, lead and develop staff, performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
Oversight of performance improvement initiatives and coordinate QA activities.
Supports marketing efforts.
What you bring:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy preferred) Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in state of employment 3
years of prior management experience 3
years of previous home infusion experience What we offer:
