The customer service representative resolves client inquires and contributes to the overall success of the customer service department.
Responsibilities:
High Volume Daily Communication with Clients via email and phone Managing orders and ensure they are staged in a timely manner.
Obtaining Freight Quotes for national and retail orders Tracking/Monitoring Shipments Organizing POD's and sending to customers daily/weekly Data Entry (outbound & inbound) Processes all outbound orders received.
Entering all inbound PO's/PORA's for all containers and returns Follows up on all retail deliveries and advised team of any exceptions.
Follow up with OPS Team on any open/pending requests Create/Send Retail Manifests Works with Operations on labeling/special requests from clients Creates Billing Work Rate sheets to capture any/all assessorial charges.
Communicating with all members of the team (Operations, Receiving, Inventory, etc.
)
Qualifications:
This position is on-site in Edison, NJ M- F, 9:
00 AM - 6:
00 PM Professional verbal and written communication skills Have strong organizational skills, time management skills as well as attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent communication skills Proficient in MS Office Job Types:
