We are excited for you to join our team in Edison, NJ.
As a store manager, you'll be a role model of the store operations standards that define our Meet Fresh Experience.
You'll lead each shift, directing other crew members (in addition to their regular duties) to run the store efficiently by being able to divide up duties and enforce them to deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products.
You'll also be responsible for knowing how to prep all desserts/drinks, stocking inventories, and operating all machines that the store uses.
You'll be in an energetic store environment where you'll have the ability to positively influence and guide others, maintain an encouraging team environment, and grow your leadership skills.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE Providing excellent customer service to all customers that come into the establishment Check quality of all the products to adhere to food safety guidelines Delegating and assigning the duties between crew members and checking on the crew to make sure said duties are completed Ability to work as part of a team Make orders on the basis and demand during operating business hours Always keep all areas of the store clean while operating during business hours Help unload all inventories.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE Customer service and food handling experience in a retail or restaurant environment Positive and passionate attitude Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations High sense of integrity and ownership Time management, ability to prioritize and follow direction.
Proficient on Point of Sale systems.
Understand the importance of cash handling and accuracy of transactions.
