Must be able to multi-task, have excellent time management and organization and have strong verbal and written command.
General Administration Answer customer inquiries through a variety of channels including phone, email and web.
Manage sales for Dromedaris' website ensuring orders are accurately entered and shipped.
Manage all aspects of Dromedaris' Amazon account including entering orders, managing inventory, providing tracking, adding new inventory and providing refunds.
Receive and process returns adhering to policies and procedures.
Update and maintain outlet store inventory and sales sample inventory.
Generate weekly sales and accounting reports.
Order Management; order confirmations, daily reconciliation of incoming orders.
Special projects on as needed basis.
Qualifications and Skills Previous office administrative duties.
Strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
Prior customer service, account receivable skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong internet and social media skill-set, constant contact experience.
College degree preferred but emphasis placed on experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
