0 Quick Apply Full-time 9 hours ago Full Job Description APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN We are currently seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians The person in this position is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks including work orders and unit turns, maintaining the grounds, curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas.
Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Resolve issues in the areas of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Snow removal, cleaning of grounds, including common areas.
Performs on-call and after-hours emergency services as required.
Qualifications:
