Job Description:
As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at SBZ, you will be instrumental in assisting our Store Managers to achieve in-store sales objectives.
Your role is pivotal in bridging SBZ's online presence with the tangible experience customers have in our boutique.

In addition to traditional retail tasks, you will assist in distributing store promotional items, creating engaging content for our store products through social media platforms, and performing light cleaning duties to maintain a pristine shopping environment.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, offering styling advice, and contributing to the overall ambiance of the store.
Responsibilities:
Upselling items to enhance customer experience Providing personalized styling advice to customers Assisting with merchandise display and organization Resetting/restocking the sales floor to optimize presentation Updating visual merchandising displays to reflect current trends Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and inviting store environment Assisting in the distribution of store promotional items Creating compelling content for store products on social media platforms
Qualifications:
Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends Willingness to learn about modest fashion trends and styling High school diploma or GED equivalent; Fashion-related college coursework is a plus Minimum of 12 months of experience in apparel retail Flexibility with scheduling, including availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
