Develop new referral sources in the community.
Strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources - daily visits to organizations, physician offices, hospitals, assisted livings facilities and adult day care to educate and inform referral sources and patients of home health options.
Pre-plan weekly marketing activities and follow-through Event coordination and community liaison - participation in health fairs, awareness days, etc.
Job Qualifications of the Home Care Community Liaison / Marketing Specialist Prior experience in Home Health Care is recommended, but we will train the right individual.
