Job Duties include:
Preparing, recording, and submitting warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor and reconciling them accordingly.
Processing warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor.
Processing all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
Verifying criteria required by factory or distributor.
CDK Experience is preferable.
Salary plus commission.
4 Day Work week.
