Essential Functions:1.Manage tutoring programs for all high school and graduate level programs.2. Deliver excellent student service, especially by responding to customer inquiries, matching tutors with students, and intervening as necessary to address problems or to add value to the student experience.3.Understand local trends and assist in developing strategies and tactics to respond to market changes.4.Execute market strategy in partnership with national and local teams.5.Work with Operations Manager to achieve the financial and quality objectives. Maintain an operations budget as well as analyze budget issues.6. Maintain quality of tutors by participating in teach-backs, monitoring evaluations, and executing regular performance reviews.7. Oversee all tutor payroll processing and approval.8. Work closely with Territory Managers to upsell tutoring to existing customer base.9. Manage effective tutor communication by posting office updates and course curriculum updates/retraining.10.Other duties as assigned.
, Requirements:
Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree required. Recent college grads encouraged!2. Strong written and oral communications skills; including public speaking3. Excellent supervision, analytical, and organizational skills4. Strong ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize appropriately5. Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives6. Strong track record of delivering strong customer service

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
