Extensive experience in customer facing role and should have worked with senior stakeholders like Directors, VPs and above.
Extensive working experience managing large teams in onsite-offshore model.
Proven track record for on-time and on-budget delivery
Good experience in P/L management
Good PeopleSoft (Techno Functional) understanding in PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain modules and PeopleSoft HR
Good experience in Upgrades and Implementations.
Desired Skills

Understanding of PeopleSoft security, IB, integration between Finance and HR.
Should be a go-getter to meet results.
Working experience in engaging PeopleSoft / Oracle for product bugs / defects.
Roles & Responsibilities
:
Project manages Production Support engagement.
Pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and GM
Participate in Steering Committee meetings to provide project status and dashboard reporting.
Personnel management including recruitment, career progression, performance reviews, team building activities, etc.
Provide executive level status reporting on health of engagement.
